Super Tuning

Complete tear down, cleaning, inspection, re-lubrication of the reel. This will include polishing the friction points of the spool (both ends and the surface area the Pinion Gear rides on), bushings at each end of the spool, the internal bore of the Pinion Gear, and the brake housing on reels with non-magnetic braking systems.

Drag Super Tuning

Polishing of the metal drag surfaces and Drive Gear to ensure the smoothest possible slippage during loads. We then clean non-metallic washers and lubricate them with drag grease specifically designed to handle the heat and friction that develops when the drag system is in use.
